Copy Event Utility

When a new event is needed, users can copy an existing event and update the configuration.

  • Locate the event that will be copied.  “Home” > “Meetings”> “Event”> “Event Lookup”
  • Under the Actions Menu select Copy this Event
  • Review and update the required information:
    • Program
    • Event Name
    • Event Type
    • Event Status
    • Template Flag
    • Start Time
    • End Time
  • Update the remaining information if needed.
  • Select additional configuration details to copy from the original event.
  • Click “Copy”
  • Review newly created event and update configuration as needed.
