How to Access your Wiki Space

  • Login Credentials
The first step to accessing your wiki space is ensuring you have the necessary login credentials. Typically, this includes a username or email address and a password. If you do not yet have access, please open an ASSET ticket to request login credentials.
  • Navigate to the Wiki Platform
Once you have your login credentials, navigate to the URL where your wiki space is hosted. ACGI Software uses the Confluence platform. You can access your dedicated space using the Help bubble in your Association Anywhere/Certelligence environment.
  • Customize Your Experience
Depending on your role and permissions, you may have the ability to customize your wiki space to suit your needs. This could involve personalizing your user profile, setting notification preferences, or creating custom templates for your pages. Take advantage of these customization options to optimize your workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate and Contribute
The true power of a wiki space lies in its collaborative nature. Use it to share knowledge, collaborate on projects, and engage with your team or community. Contribute content, provide feedback, and participate in discussions to make the most of your wiki space experience.
  • Navigate Within Your Space
Once you have accessed your wiki space, familiarize yourself with its layout and structure. Wiki allows you to organize your content into pages, sections, and categories, making it easy to navigate and locate information. Explore the various features and tools available, such as editing capabilities, version history, and collaboration options like comments and mentions.
