- Login Credentials
The first step to accessing your wiki space is ensuring you have the necessary login credentials. Typically, this includes a username or email address and a password. If you do not yet have access, please open an ASSET ticket to request login credentials.
- Navigate to the Wiki Platform
Once you have your login credentials, navigate to the URL where your wiki space is hosted. ACGI Software uses the Confluence platform. You can access your dedicated space using the Help bubble in your Association Anywhere/Certelligence environment.

This could involve personalizing your user profile, setting notification preferences, or creating custom templates for your pages.
