ACGI has been using Pendo since 2017 to gather robust analytics on our customers, communicate through the back office, provide guidance on new features and opportunities and gather feedback.
We realized that the power we had built in the back office could greatly benefit our customers if they had the same abilities through their SSA.
Working with the Pendo team, we built a new module called ACGI Engage that provides key capabilities from our Pendo investment to our customers.
By tagging components of your SSA you can gather critical intelligence on how your members (or certificants) use the system; communicate directly through your system; highlight new items or promote new programs and gather valuable feedback.
