Relationship types allow the relation of one customer’s record to another. Relationship types are typically hierarchical but do not need to be.
Relationship Types Configuration Menu:
“Admin” > “Customers” > “Relationships” > “Central Code Relationship Types”
Common relationship types are:
- Parent Company to Subsidiary
- Parent Chapter to Subchapter
- Individual to Company (Employee)
- Individual to Individual (Mentor)
