When a new event is needed, users can copy an existing event and update the configuration.
- Locate the event that will be copied. “Home” > “Meetings”> “Event”> “Event Lookup”
- Under the Actions Menu select Copy this Event

- Review and update the required information:
- Program
- Event Name
- Event Type
- Event Status
- Template Flag
- Start Time
- End Time
- Update the remaining information if needed.
- Select additional configuration details to copy from the original event.

- Click “Copy”
- Review newly created event and update configuration as needed.
