Saving Reports for Private Use

After changes have been made to a report, a user is able to save the report formatting as a private report for that specific user to access again in the future.

To save a report for private use:

  • Select “Save Report” from the Actions Menu.
  • Enter Report Name – Displayed on the Dropdown.
  • Enter Report Description – Room for additional information.
  • Make sure ‘Public’ box is not checked.
  • Select ‘Apply’ to Save report.
  • Private report will now appear in report drop down menu:

To rename a private report:

  • Click on the Saved Report text.
  • Enter new name information.
  • Click ‘Apply’ to save.
