After changes have been made to a report, a user is able to save the report formatting as a private report for that specific user to access again in the future.
To save a report for private use:
- Select “Save Report” from the Actions Menu.
- Enter Report Name – Displayed on the Dropdown.
- Enter Report Description – Room for additional information.
- Make sure ‘Public’ box is not checked.
- Select ‘Apply’ to Save report.
- Private report will now appear in report drop down menu:
To rename a private report:
- Click on the Saved Report text.
- Enter new name information.
- Click ‘Apply’ to save.
