The Lifecycle of a Collection

Collections of Submittals will generally follow the same lifecycle:

  • Submittal acceptance
  • Submittal review
  • Submittal finalization (approved/denied/need more information, etc.)

Some collections will open and close with specific deadline dates, as with exam submittals for a specific testing period or abstracts submitted for oral presentation at a specific event.

Other collections may stay open for longer periods, or even indefinitely, as with submittals for publication in journals, or grant proposals, or a simple suggestion box.
