Version 9.2.0 Release Notes

ACGI Software is pleased to announce our latest release of the Association Anywhere® & Certelligence™ software platform. Version 9.2.0 is a release that includes many new features, enhancements to existing functionality and attention to known issues.

Please note that adding any functionality improvements or new components to your system after an upgrade may require additional configuration. Ask your ACGI representative for more information about how you can best implement these features in your system.

Defects and corrections to existing code will take effect without requiring additional intervention when your system is upgraded to this release.

Highlights

Mobile Responsiveness

We’ve updated the Enhanced SSA Workflow module, the SSA Bookstore (which was introduced in v9.2.0), and the Back-Office Main Menu Navigation to be fully mobile responsive. These updates allow your users to interact with the system seamlessly from their mobile devices.

Back-Office Main Menu Navigation

The navigation has been revamped for mobile use, providing the same smooth and intuitive experience you have on the desktop—but now in your back pocket! Additionally, we’ve enhanced the Search feature on both Desktop and Mobile, making it easier to find exactly what you need, whether you’re on the go or at your desk.

SSA Bookstore

Previously redesigned in v9.2.0, we’ve further enhanced the SSA Bookstore to ensure it’s mobile-responsive, allowing your customers to easily browse and purchase from the bookstore on any device.

Enhanced SSA Workflow

Users can now complete applications directly from their mobile device—improving flexibility and user experience. For those looking for more customization, we’ve also added the option to disable the Enhanced SSA Workflow styling through the Interactive Document Management tool in the Back-Office.

Back-Office Card/Element Configuration: Form Builder

Building forms is now even easier! The grid view for configuring elements in the Configuration Card previously released in v9.1.3 has been replaced with a drag-and-drop interface, allowing users to easily configure elements within a single card in the Back Office. Users can now drag and drop elements to reorder them and click into specific areas to edit text, labels, and other content.

New Features and Enhancements

Accounting

  • Added promotion code descriptions to printed invoices.
  • Added the ability to refund a payment to a customer by issuing a voucher, allowing them to use the voucher to purchase new items through the bookstore.
  • Changed the default deferred income method value to null in the Invoice Details record when the price configuration used does not have a deferred income GL account.

Central Customer

Certification

  • Added the ability to customize scoring data for PSI exam results.
  • Enhanced the PearsonVue integration to include Delivery Mode, Test Center Name, City, State, and Country fields.
  • Enhanced the PSI integration to include the following reports:
    Admin > Certification > PSI > PSI Exam Scoring Console
    Admin > Certification > PSI > PSI Post Score Results

Committees

  • Updated “Committees” report to handle larger volumes of data within the “Subgroup” column.

Conversion

  • Enhanced the handling of embedded double quotes in CSV files to resolve data errors within the Conversion module.

E-Commerce

  • Added the ability to allocate the Cost of Goods for inventory items with options. Previously, the system assumed all options for a product had the same cost and allocated the cost from the oldest available incoming product without considering options. This update ensures the cost is allocated based on the oldest matching incoming product with unallocated stock that matches the options on the outgoing transaction.
  • Updated the ability to add or remove fees based on the quantity of items in an order.
  • A new interactive grid of products, with relevant details, has been added to make it easier to update existing records.

E-Communications

  • Substitution variables for Customer’s Name Prefix (PREFIX) and Suffix (SUFFIX) within ECM messages have been updated to display the expected values.
  • Substitution variable SBM_LANDING_PAGE_LINK has been added as an available option to be included in emails generated from online submittals, allowing a link to the submittal landing page to be embedded within the User Portal.
  • Email domains are now validated when entered on the “Email Address Privileges” page.
  • Updated the “Message Summary” Resend/Forward display to include the “From Email Address”.

Expo

  • Updated the “Booth Listing” page to include links to the Event and Expo details for easier navigation.
  • Included the following columns to the “Booth Listing” report; Booth Length, Booth Width, X-Coordinate, Y-Coordinate, Maximum Registrants, Booth Sort Order, Booth Area, and Combined Booths

Membership

  • Updated membership configuration to allow a default order type value other than “New Membership”.
  • Added the ability to filter or exclude recipients from the membership reminder email through configuration.

Workflow

  • When updating Workflow pathways, the “End State” column now only displays a link when different from the selected “State”.
  • The “Show Next Button” input will now default to Yes when configuring new Workflow pathway.

System Wide

  • Enabled saved report option in all available APEX Interactive Reports.

Accounting

  • Resolved an issue that caused no batches to show on the “Multiple Payments” page.

Central Customer

  • Resolved an issue that could prevent the GDPR customer delete process from functioning if the customer had EC items shipped to them.
  • Resolved an issue that could cause an error when attempting to delete a customer bio photo.
  • Resolved an issue within Customer Record “Aliases” tab so duplication of an alias value is prevented when uniqueness is configured.
  • Resolved display issues on the “Self-Service Dashboard Configuration” page to make it easier to identify the default dashboard.

Conversion

  • Resolved menu permission issues occurring within the Conversion module pages.

E-Communications

  • Resolved an issue that prevented emails from being sent out regarding auto-batching errors.

Events

  • Resolved an issue that caused error messages with invalid characters or cursors to appear on event configuration pages.
  • Resolved pagination issues on the “Track Attendance” page within the Events module.

Membership

  • Resolved an issue in the “Class Changes by Date” report on the “Membership Statistics Dashboard” to ensure results are displayed correctly without errors.
  • Resolved an issue where the date wasn’t displaying correctly on subscription modals within APEX Interactive Reports.

Workflow

  • Resolved issue that caused Workflow pathway links to be duplicated.

System Wide

  • Resolved menu issues where certain grid menus would not render properly.
  • Resolved an issue with keyboard navigation in some grids that was affecting the Yes/No list options.
  • Resolved issue where certain icons weren’t loading correctly in the dashboards editor.

New Features and Enhancements

Accounting

  • Added “Bill To” and “Ship To” Names to display on printed invoices.
  • Added “Ship To ID” and “Ship To Name” columns to “Pay Open Invoices” page.
  • The “Action” drop-down on the “Pay Open Invoices” page is now hidden when there is no action to take.

Central Customer

  • API calls to CENSSAWEBSVCLIB.GET_CUST_INFO_XML now show a detailed error messages in the alert log for the following scenarios:
  • Updated Get Customer Details API to include certification period serial number and lock code responses.3.0.1 Get Customer Details Web Service – CENSSAWEBSVCLIB.GET_CUST_INFO_XML
  • Added new fields to the Docebo integration, so that employment and membership data are properly synced with Docebo.
  • Added the ability for an SSA user to opt-out of directory searches.
  • Added a “Save and Add Another” button when adding entries in the “Customer Transaction Activity” page.

Certification

  • Updated the “Exams” Dashboard widget to correctly display the configured Exam Date.

E-Commerce

  • Shipping options are now calculated and recalculated after updating the shipment information within the SSA Bookstore Checkout process.

Events

  • Functionality has been added to prevent pending event registration orders from being checked out if the same registration has already been created via the Back-Office.
  • Updated the Event Registration process to prevent the page from repeatedly refreshing when linking to a past event.

Expo

  • Updated the “Additional Items” shuttle for Expos to include clearer separators between “Premium Description”, “Premium Price”, and “Inventory” for better readability.

Payment Processing

  • Enhanced the CertelliPay™ payment process to prevent carding attacks.

System Wide

  • Upgraded the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor and MoxieManager to ensure compatibility with the latest features, security patches, and bug fixes.

Central Customer

  • Resolved button display issues on the “Transaction Activity Summary” report.
  • Resolved spacing issues in the Home Address and Work Address sections of the Edit Profile page.

E-Commerce

  • Resolved an issue that caused submittal orders to get stuck in the checkout process.

E-Communications

  • Resolved an issue where icon images were not properly displaying on the “Message Details” Dashboard widget.

Events

  • Resolved issue where context-specific templates from Template Manager weren’t applying on Event pages.
  • Resolved issue on the“My Events” page to ensure all pending and future events display correctly.

Payment Processing

  • Resolved an issue that could cause an error when trying to update a CertelliPay™ saved account.
  • Resolved an issue that was preventing users from checking out with a saved account.

  • Resolved an issue where the remove file icon was not showing on file upload forms.
